Welly Summer Tour
Turning play into proof.
To launch Welly’s color changing bandages, we transformed the country’s largest touring bounce experience into an immersive brand world where kids could test the product through the very thing it was made for: play.
We partnered with Big Bounce America, the largest touring bounce experience in the country, to create Welly’s first large-scale experiential activation. The goal was simple: get bandages onto kids in real time, in real conditions, and make the experience unforgettable.
I led the concept and creative direction for a fully immersive Welly environment, designing a custom experience tent and branded bounce entry that brought our color-changing bandages to life. The space was built as a surreal, interactive world of shifting gradients, kinetic textures, and playful pattern, designed to spark curiosity and movement. Inside, kids and families explored hands-on installations such as heat-reactive color walls, magnetic tin product displays, pattern-building stations and sample retrieval moments—each designed to connect product features with play.
Typographic messaging and photo moments were layered throughout, encouraging participation and social sharing while reinforcing Welly’s voice: confident, playful, and human. The experience extended beyond the tent, integrating into the broader bounce course and capturing content across the day.
The event was impactful for the brand. Over 72,000 samples were distributed, with more than 5,500 families engaging with the experience. More importantly, the activation reframed Welly’s products as something kids want to wear and parents can trust. Continuning to prove that performance and play don’t have to compete.
